Mechanic

Seeking an onsite field mechanic who has the ability and experience to inspect daily crusher and screener operations. This individual must have the ability to also diagnose and make mechanical repairs to various types of crushers, jaws, screens, conveyors, feeders, hydraulic systems, pumps, chutes, bins, hoopers, curtain plates. Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining pm services and tracking wear items on the screeners and crushers. No on-road travel required, all of the equipment is located in Keasbey, NJ. The mechanic will report to equipment manager daily. Rate will be evaluated based on mechanical experience with crushers and screeners. Work Hours: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday   Desired Skills:

  • Must have at least 5 years experience working on crushers and screeners
  • Able to read and write to order parts

Paid vacation, 401K and medical benefits available.

The Bayshore Family of Companies is seeking a motivated, reliable, and well-organized Compliance Associate to assist in ensuring environmental compliance with NJDEP approvals and permits related to the acceptance and management of recyclable materials processed through the Class B facility.  The position encompasses all aspects of day-to-day soil analytical review, due diligence and approvals for the receiving of materials into Bayshore Recycling / Bayshore Soil Management.  Individual should be a self-starter with attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a focus on client service.  Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain compliance with NJDEP Approvals & Permits for material acceptance     
  • Review soil applications for approval / pricing including: due diligence of available site information, analytical test results, relevant environmental reports (RIR/RAWP/Phase 1/Phase 2), in order to determine acceptance of materials for recycling. Prepare written summary reports for the team
  • Coordination of review projects with Compliance Managers, sales and upper management
  • Provide Customer Service to Clients by explaining testing requirements, material acceptability, procedures for material acceptance and assisting in other project related inquiries;
  • Maintain database with project information and required record keeping information including data entry
  •  Maintain inbound compliance by keeping track of all sampling requirements for each project in coordination with Compliance personnel, and facilitate supplemental sampling program
  •  Recordkeeping of correspondence including electronic filing; 
  • Assist in the documentation and communication for any non-conforming materials received. 

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education / Background in Environmental Science or related field
  • 0 – 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Applicant must be a team player, work well in a fast-paced work environment, and have strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills a must
  • Experience in environmental or construction related industries a plus

Executive & Administrative Assistant – Sales, Marketing & Compliance
Job Description
 
The Bayshore Family of Companies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to serve as Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Business & Technical Development and Administrative Assistant to the VP’s team, which includes Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Compliance functions. This role requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Duties will primarily involve assisting with daily office needs. Individual should be a self-starter with a focus on customer service. 
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
·         Provide direct administrative support to the Vice President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting
·         Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review
·         Manage incoming communications, prioritize requests, and ensure timely follow-up
·         Coordinate high-level meetings, including agendas, materials, and action-item tracking
·         Provide support to additional executive staff, when needed
 
Team Support – Sales, Marketing & Regulatory Compliance
·         Serve as the primary administrative resource for the Sales, Marketing and Compliance team, supporting day-to-day operations
·         Assist with project coordination, deadlines, and deliverables across Sales, Marketing, and Compliance functions
·         Organize team meetings, record minutes, and distribute follow-up action items
·         Maintain departmental files, databases, and documentation in compliance with company standards
·         Support marketing initiatives by coordinating materials, scheduling campaigns, and assisting with events and trade shows
·         Provide administrative assistance for regulatory compliance processes, including filing, reporting, and recordkeeping
·         Answer and route sales and customer service phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed
·         Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, forms
·         Preparation of mail and FedEx
 
 
 
Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in environmental or construction related industries preferred
·         Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience; prior support for senior leadership a plus
·         Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM or project management software a plus
·         Working knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printers, scanners)
·         Desire to cross-train on various job functions a must
·         Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
·         Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
