Outside Sales Representative- Class B
Position Title: Outside Sales Representative- Aggregates
The Bayshore Recycling Family of Companies is seeking an articulate, motivated, and results-driven Outside Aggregate Sales Representative to drive new business, expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships, primarily within our Class B materials operation, for outbound sales of recycled concrete aggregates, recycled stone, and other fill materials. This role reports directly to the Owner, with coordination from the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Business & Technical Development, ensuring departmental needs are effectively identified and met. We are looking for an outgoing, creative, and personable professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seeking out new business opportunities, and a keen understanding of the industry. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for the direct sales efforts to new and existing accounts working closely with contractors, government agencies, engineering firms, and municipalities. The candidate will work closely with onsite operations to ensure the needs of the customers are being met while new business opportunities are aggressively being pursued. The candidate will look to identify sites for the placement of recycled materials, establish relationships with customers and enhance the reputation and presence of Bayshore by visiting job sites, placing and receiving sales calls on a daily basis to existing and prospective customers to discuss projects, upselling the facility’s other services and increasing business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business, communications, or related field a plus, a minimum of 5 years of experience in hands on sales and business development work preferred. Good people skills a must and capability of developing and maintaining good relationships with new customers, existing clients, and fellow Bayshore employees. Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up on job responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency needed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, at a minimum. Must have a valid Driver’s License and personal transportation.
The Bayshore Family of Companies consists of several recycling operations. This position would be primarily serving Bayshore’s Class B facility. The applicant would be required to be on the road, report to the facility located at 75 Crows Mill Road, Keasbey, and/or to 1041 NJ-36, Suite 200, Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey.

Project Logistics Coordinator
The Bayshore Recycling Corp. is seeking a reliable, well-organized Project Coordinator to handle scheduling and logistics for Bayshore Recycling & Bayshore Soil Management facility. The Job will primarily encompass all aspects of day-to-day scheduling for the receiving of materials into the class B for sols, along with dumpster work. Individual should be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, communication skills, and a focus on customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Customer coordination via phone and email; confirmation of scheduling requests & internal coordination with Sales:
- Coordination with dispatch for transportation requests and execution of work orders;
- Logging information for scheduling into database systems and issuing daily schedules via email;
- Print anf send manifests for each project;
- Answering customer service and sales calls;
- Following-up on service failures, and noon-conforming materials;
- Electronic filing of all work orders, service orders, and correspondence
- Support to Sales team, project tracking and drafting price proposals;
- Applicant must be a team player, work well under pressure, and have strong multi-tasking abilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Desire to cross-train on various job functions is a must;
- Potential for growth into various roles;
- Experience in logistics and construction related industries is a plus;
- Must have personal transportation.
Administrative Assistant
The Bayshore Family of Companies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to serve as Administrative Assistant to the Sale and Environmental Compliance Team, which includes Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Compliance functions. This role requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Duties will primarily involve assisting with daily office needs. Individual should be a self-starter with a focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Support- Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Compliance
- Serve as the primary administrative resource for the Sales, Marketing, and Compliance team, supporting day-to-day operations
- Assist with project coordination, deadlines, and deliverables across Sales, Marketing, and Compliance functions
- Organize team meetings, record minutes, and distribute follow-up action items
- Maintain departmental files, databases, and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating materials, scheduling campaigns, and assisting with events and tradeshows
- Provide administrative assistance for regulatory compliance processes, including filing, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Answer and route sales and customer phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, forms
- Preparation of mail and FedEx
- Provide direct Administrative support to management and to the Executive Assistant including calendar managements, etc.
- Provide support to executive staff, when needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in environmental or construction related industries preferred
- 1-5 years of administrative assistant experience; prior support for senior leadership a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working Knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printers, scanners)
- Desire to cross-train on various job functions is a must

Seeking an onsite field mechanic who has the ability and experience to inspect daily crusher and screener operations. This individual must have the ability to also diagnose and make mechanical repairs to various types of crushers, jaws, screens, conveyors, feeders, hydraulic systems, pumps, chutes, bins, hoopers, curtain plates. Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining pm services and tracking wear items on the screeners and crushers. No on-road travel required, all of the equipment is located in Keasbey, NJ. The mechanic will report to equipment manager daily. Rate will be evaluated based on mechanical experience with crushers and screeners. Work Hours: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Desired Skills:
- Must have at least 5 years experience working on crushers and screeners
- Able to read and write to order parts
Paid vacation, 401K and medical benefits available.
